Today is the day Justin Bieber finally turns 18! Yay! And to celebrated he went on Ellen and shared some super huge news to his fans. Drumroll please..."My big announcement is that on March 26th, my first single is coming out and it's called 'Boyfriend,' " Bieber told the audience. OMG! That's so soon and we can't wait to hear it! But that's not all that went down on Ellen in honor of JB's big day. His manager Scooter Braun decided that since Justin gives back so much, it was time to give something to him. So Scooter surprised him with a brand new car! A rare and super hard to get Fisker Karma car to be exact. PLL co-stars Lucy Hale and Ashley Benson are the faces of BONGO's new Spring 2012 campaign, but while on set for the line's photo shoot something caught them totally off-guard -- an NSYNC flash mob! The girls didn't suspect a thing as they prepped for the shoot, but check out their faces when they realized that everyone on set was dancing to "Bye, Bye, Bye" -- so priceless! Although they were def good sports about it -- Lucy and Ash joined in the fun!

Taylor Swift has been in tons of funny videos lately, but this new one is one of absolute favorites -- she had a tea party with Sophia Grace and Rosie, who did that adorable viral video of Nicki Minaj's "Super Bass"! In this vid, Sophia Grace and Rosie interview Taylor, even asking her to spill if she has a BF. Her response? Couture to help out the organization K.I.D.S. give out super cool Ooh! La La Couture dresses to underprivileged girls in California! And, some of Bella's Shake It Up friends like Roshon Fegan, and Kenton Duty will be joining her as well! It's SO great to see young Hollywood giving back!

Ariana Grande and Greyson Chance are officially in the studio collaborating on a new duet!!! Greyson spills, "I just got out of the studio with my good friend Ariana Grande! It was so great to be writing music with her. It was our first time writing together and it went so well. I don't want to give any details away about the song, but I can say it is a little 'vintage' (; We had a blast working on the song and I can't wait for you guys to hear it. We are going to surprise you!!!" We're so pumped to hear their new duet!

This past Thursday was Justin's 18th birthday, but the real party went down on Friday night at the Regent Beverly Wilshire Hotel in Hollywood where Justin and some of his famous friends, including, Ashley Tisdale, Kylie and Kendall Jenner, Kim Kardashian and Mike Tyson, partied the night away! "Everyone danced all night," one party goer said. But of course we can't forget the girl of the hour, Selena Gomez who flew in from Florida where she's filming her new flick Spring Breakers. "He was all over Selena the whole time, walking her around by the hand. He kept kissing her. It's clear she was the best part of the night for him. He is so in love with her," sources say. Definitely was a good night for JB!

Justin's newly signed pal, Carly Rae Jepsen sang her hit "Call Me Maybe" too. Check it out below:

After recently shaving her head and then bleaching it blonde, Willow Smith has debuted yet another new look via Instagram pictures she posted --  she's dyed her hair green! And though it's the Fireball singer's third change to her 'do in four weeks, she commented on the picture that she's just embracing new and different looks.

"I am starting a LAGIT thingy with people around the world like @eeeeeeeeeeb ... Can share ALL of their styles... #uniqlook," she commented.

Switched At Birth star Austin Butler has just been added to the list of celebs to star in the Sex and the City prequel, The Carrie Diaries! On the series, Austin will play Sebastian Kydd, the charming badboy and the ultimate insider who also happens to be AnnaSophia Robb's love interest on the show. Austin, who has previously been spotted on shows like Life Unexpected and Sharpay's Fabulous Adventure, is set to shake things up as The Carrie Diaries leading man! In a brand new exclusive interview, TWIST sat down with the boys of One Direction backstage in London, England, just before a huge concert at the historic Apollo theater. "London is our adopted home, so it's great to be here," Liam told us. They filled us in on their pre-show rituals, how they feel about performing for English and U.S. crowds, and they even revealed some coveted romantic information. "I would date a girl even if she didn't like our music," Zayn told TWIST. "I eat Haribo gummies before hitting the stage," Niall spilled. During the interview, TWIST also got some brand new scoop about their upcoming album Up All Night, out this month! "We got to write on the album, which makes the songs more authentic since they come from us," Liam says. "The album really portrays us as a band and our experiences. I think you can listen to the album and feel like you get to know us more," Liam adds.

Vanessa Hudgens has been spotted sporting new blonde locks! Sources say that it's most likely a wig since Nessa is busy filming Spring Breakers in Florida with Selena Gomez and Ashley Benson. Her new 'do is for her role where she plays a party girl named Candy. She spilled that "[Candy's the] one I feel kind of gets everyone going and pushes everyone a little bit."
