Justin Bieber has been having an exciting time in Paris! He had to switch hotels in Paris because the hotel he was staying at wasn't happy with all the Beliebers waiting for him outside. But Justin didn't let that ruin his trip. He decided to hang out with his friends Cody Simpson and Teddy Jay, along with Teddy's friend Emma. When Emma and Teddy posted pictures of the night, rumors started flying about Emma and Justin. But she explained, "on était ensemble c'est tout [We were together, that's all]." Cody added that it was the "chillest of nights in Paris, France with the homies." Justin isn't moving on to a new girl just yet!
