Animal lover Miley Cyrus got her hunky Hunger Games boyfriend Liam Hemsworth an awesome birthday present - a puppy named Ziggy! Miley tweeted, "Got Liam THE best bday pressie ever!" then later, "Meet Ziggy =]" with the adorable picture above. Liam, who turned 22 on Friday, wanted to name her Daisy Dukes, but Miley dished, "I said NOOO WAY! She's an angel!" Isn't she adorable?
