Usually, we save our style showdowns for two dueling starlets, but today we're pitting Katy Perry against herself. The popstar is known for her eccentric style, but recently it seems Katy is less crazy and more chic -- but that doesn't mean she's lost her sense of (fashion) humor all together.

Glam: Last night at a charity gala, the star wore a blue printed strapless Vera Wang gown finished off with a retro-inspired do. Earlier this week, she stepped out in a maroon Prada creation at a Great Gatsby event and also a moss green Giambattista Valli Couture gown at the White House Correspondents' Association Dinner.
Funky: Katy went thematic at two events last week. For a Smurfs 2 photocall, she chose a blue lace Monique Lhuillier number, floral headband and funky shades and one day later she wore a Suno cellphone-print dress to a technology expo. And the star flexed her fun fashion muscle again in a two-piece Dolce & Gabbana getup at Coachella.
