Demi Lovato's fourth album isn't the only brand new thing in her life: She got a tattoo!
The "Heart Attack" singer added yet another piece of ink to her growing collection, this time it's a lyric from her new CD Demi. The tat reads, "Now I'm a warrior," in a pretty script font, which she showed off on Twitter.
Demi revealed the inspiration behind the new ink when she stopped by Late Night with Jimmy Fallon on Wednesday. "I have a song on my album called 'Warrior,' and its a very meaningful song to me," she said. "It's very heavy, but it's very inspirational as well. It's a negative thing turned positive."
She went on to explain, "I've been through a lot, and I'm really honest on this album. This is a song that was really difficult for me to write, record and now release. [The tattoo] was just kind of a tribute to releasing the album, as well as overcoming some really, really difficult things in my life."
