The new Dancing With the Stars cast has been announced and Roshon Fegan from Shake It Up is on the list! Paired with Chelsie Hightower, Roshon hopes to win the Mirror Ball trophy while learning some cool dance moves. He tweeted, "Yes fam I'm on Season 14 of Dancing with the Stars!
