Justin Bieber just announced the dates for his upcoming U.S. Believe tour! The tour will kick off on September 29th in Glendale, Arizona, and will go through the winter of 2013 hitting many stops in the U.S. and Canada along the way! And, as TWIST previously reported, Carly Rae Jepsen will be the opening act! Tickets go on sale to the public on June 2nd (June 1st in Canada), and $1 from each ticket will be donated to the charity Pencils for Promise, which helps to build schools in developing countries!
