OMG! Miley Cyrus and Liam Hemsworth are engaged! After three years of dating the couple has finally announced their engagement. The Hunger Games star popped the question last Thursday with a 3.5-carat diamond ring. "I'm so happy to be engaged and look forward to a life of happiness with Liam," Miley said in a statement. No wedding date is planned yet, but TWIST will keep you posted!
