One Direction just tweeted the album art for their second album, Take Me Home! In the shot, the boys embrace UK culture by playfully posing with a telephone booth. The album doesn't come out until November 13th, but the 1D boys just announced that fans can preorder Take Me Home on September 3 at midnight! Louis Tomlinson gushed, "We just want to thank you for all for the support you've given so far." Aww!
