Justin Bieber just visited a sick fan in the hospital! Canadian fan Crystal Montgomery is sick with bone cancer. Knowing she's a huge Belieber, her friends launched a worldwide Twitter campaign last week to try to get Justin to meet her. Justin tweeted back, "My fans are amazing. They made me aware of something. I'm gonna make good on it. #giveback." Afterwards, he tweeted a pic with Crystal, captioned, "#bieberforcrystal," which became a trending topic in Canada! Crystal dished, "He's amazing, he's an inspiration. To see him be such a mega-star so willing to help people, and he's just such a great person!" Aww! TWIST sends our best wishes and thoughts to Crystal!
