Kristen Stewart just revealed why she wants her relationship with Robert Pattinson to be a secret! The couple broke up in July when Kristen cheated on Rob, but they have since reconciled. Although Kristen mentions Rob briefly in a new interview, she still insists on keeping her love life private.
