Voting for the winner of Radio Disney's "N.B.T." begins today, and TWIST got the scoop on the competition from finalists Chloe and Halle Bailey and Elle Winter! The "N.B.T." winner, who will be announced during a live event in Los Angeles on December 8th, will get to perform a song on Austin & Ally. Chloe and Halle dish to TWIST, "We are excited, nervous, happy, and grateful for how far we have gotten. Whether we win or lose, this has been an absolutely amazing experience for us." Elle adds, "I'm grateful for all the people that voted for me and this whole experience!" Voting ends on December 3rd, so be sure to get your vote in soon!
