TWIST just got off the phone with E.B.! She dished about her new song, "What I Wanna Do," her musical influences, and what's next for her! Check out our exclusive convo below!

TWIST: How would you describe your sound?
E.B.: It is young; it's fun; it's colorful; it's vibrant; it's rebellious! It's definitely pop rock. It's definitely something that has an urban influence. If Avril Lavigne and Kanye West had a baby, it would be E.B. It's definitely who I am.
TWIST: Can you tell us about your new song, "What I Wanna Do"?
E.B.: I thought it was a great breakout record for me. It's fun, and it's about things that young girls go through -- the breakups, the boyfriends. It's about my boyfriend really not paying attention to me, and me kinda getting fed up with it. He doesn't really know much about me and I'm trying to figure out why we're even together. So I just tell him, 'You know what? I'm going to do whatever I wanna do.'
TWIST: Why should TWIST readers check out your music?
E.B.: I think they'll really enjoy it. It's feel good music. I think my music is honestly for everyone. I'm not just for one age, one race, one anything. It's definitely fun and it's catchy.
TWIST: Who would you say your musical influences are?
E.B.: The biggest musical influences for me are definitely Avril Lavigne and Kanye West.
TWIST: Your dad was a famous rapper. Does any of his music influence you or your music?
E.B.: Not his music, no. Just him -- him being a visionary, him being an artist, him speaking about what he wanted to speak about, not holding back, and all of that. So not his actual records, but him as a whole.
TWIST: What's next for you?
E.B.: Definitely working on the album. I don't have a set date for the album, but I'm definitely gonna be releasing a couple more singles as well as videos with them. And maybe get on tour.
