Pretty Little Liars premieres tonight on ABC Family, and we can't wait! We've been in total suspense with all the details we found out at the end of the season and during the Halloween episode! Two things we know for sure: Mona is back and Spencer will soon find out about Toby's betrayal. The show's executive producer spills that Spencer is completely shocked by Toby's switch over to the A-Team, but Troian Bellisario (who plays Spencer) warns, "Some people think that he's not really bad -- that he's working to protect her." We can't wait to find out!
