Earlier this month TWIST reported that Taylor Swift had been in the running to star in the movie version of Les Miserables -- well, unfortunately TWIST now can confirm that Tay didn't score the part! Instead the role went to British Broadway star, Samantha Barks -- name sound familiar? Well it should! Samantha dated Nick Jonas while they both acted in the UK version of the play last year. In fact, Samantha even played Eponine -- the part she'll play in the movie version. And she was definitely excited to hear the news. "Most incredible moment of my life!" she tweeted after getting the call! Good Luck, Samantha!

After a video surfaced of Justin Bieber running past fans at an airport in France, many French Beliebers were offended that their idol didn't want to meet them, but not wanting to disappoint his fans, Justin took to Twitter to explain what happened! In a stream of four tweets, Justin spilled, "The other day in the airport I got surrounded by 20 papa. I don't like small spaces and I just wanted to get on the plane. I ran to get thru the gate and there is a video of me running by fans and on the other side you don't see the 20 paps. I would never run by my fans and for those that I did pass that day I AM SORRY. I know my fans are my everything. I know my responsibility to them. I LOVE MY BELIEBERS. So as I get older I know I will learn to deal with these things better and better just still learning. Still human. Just had to get that out." What a nice apology! You can watch the video of him rushing past fans below.

While goofing around at home, Hotel Transylvania star Miley Cyrus injured herself! Miley spilled, "Cracked my tail bone doing a front flip... on to the couch. That's like when I tripped over a pillow and broke my arm. #onlyme" Ouch! That sounds painful! We hope Miley gets the rest and recuperation she needs to heal quickly!

Huge news hot off the Twitter presses this morning! One Direction has pushed their album release date up one week. That means Up All Night will be hitting the US on March, 13th -- not March, 20th like they had originally planned. The boys tweeted the exciting news last night and have already gotten loads of positive feedback.

We just got word that Pretty Little Liars' Ashley Benson is set to star in the upcoming movie Spring Breakers with Selena Gomez and Vanessa Hudgens! Ashley seems super excited to begin filming and wanted her fans to know just how much! "Im so excited to be joining the cast of Spring Breakers. It's a very exciting project to be a part of. We just chatted with the hot new Korean girl band The Wonder Girls! They told us all about their TV movie special The Wonder Girls, airing tonight at 8 p.m. ET on TeenNick! In the movie, the Girls (Yenny, Yubin, Sun, Lim, and Sohee) come to the U.S. for their American debut and enter a talent contest at the Apollo Theater in New York, where they battle against their rivals The School Gyrls. The Wonder Girls dished to TWIST about the movie, their "rivalry" with The School Gyrls, and what they like most about America! We can't wait to watch the special!

I just get myself in trouble. Haha. Anyway... BYE!" On January 31, she wished her on-and-off again boyfriend, Wilmer Valderrama, a heartfelt "Happy Birthday." "To the one and only @WillyVille - I only hope the world can see what an incredible man you are.. Happy Birthday Wilmer, you deserve it. :)" Demi wrote. We're glad to see you back on Twitter, Demi!

Huge Twilight news--the director of the first Twilight film, Catherine Hardwicke, spilled that she thinks Stephenie Meyer would totally write another Twilight book because, "the characters are so alive!" We hope it's true because we would love to see Taylor Lautner, Robert Pattinson, and Kristen Stewart in more films together! We loved the last film Twilight Breaking Dawn: Part 1, and new hilarious bloopers were just released of Taylor and Rob bursting out laughing while filming. Check out the bloopers above!

One Direction is finally stateside and they just released a new video diary dishing about heading to America. Harry Styles spilled, "We are very excited to be going to America but of course we're not going to be forgetting about everyone at home and everywhere else." Niall Horan dished, "The most exciting is going to be seeing all our fans that have been waiting for us in America." The boys of 1D answered fan questions, danced a little bit, and were super funny as they goofed off with Louis Tomlinson's fake bird named Kevin! Check out the hilarious video above!

We are so excited for tonight's premiere of Nickelodeon's new show "How to Rock!" starring Cymphonique. The show focuses on her character, Kacey Simon, and how she becomes the lead singer of the band Gravity 5 at her high school. She has to battle it out with her new rivals -- The Perfs.

Cymphonique spilled exclusively to TWIST that her character Kacey is, "Really spunky and has lots of attitude and pizzazz, but I think her new friends really bring out a new side of her which is really very sweet." She also dished about her cast members telling TWIST, "It's like they're basically my extended family to me...The cast gets along really well. I think we're just really blessed to have people who can act so well and also sing and play instruments at the same time." Cymphonique definitely has a passion for acting and singing when she told TWIST, "It's been in my heart and [it's] something that I love." We can't wait to see "How to Rock!" tonight!

Hew TWIST readers,

We've got some bad news to report - Glee will be going on a 7-week hiatus starting at the end of this month. What a bummer! The show will air a winter finale on Feb. 21st, but we won't see Rachel, Blaine or the rest of New Directions again until April 10th because Fox wants to focus on its sitcoms Raising Hope, The New Girl, I Hate My Teenage Daughter and Breaking In for a while.

Last week, we reported that Taylor Lautner was obviously over his Abduction co-star Lily Collins when he was spotted with his ex-GF, and apparently Lily has moved on as well - to Zac Efron! Zac and Lily were spotted eating together at a steakhouse in Los Angeles Saturday night. After dinner, Zac tried to escape unseen from the paparazzi. "Zac literally ran to the car and jumped in, leaving Lily behind. But Lily kept her cool and took her time. She wasn't as worried about not being seen by us. She took her time. She probably didn't want to trip in her heels!" a source dished. Oooh! New couple alert?
