TWIST just chatted with Taylor Swift about her new album Red, out today! Taylor revealed how excited she is about the album and what she hopes fans will love. She tells TWIST, "I hope my fans will have songs on this album that say exactly how they feel. I hope they write the lyrics on their notebooks and have the melodies stuck in their heads." So cute! She also told us that she doesn't have a fave song on the record, spilling: "My favorite song on the album is different every day. I worked really hard writing this album because I wanted to get to a point where I would not be able to pick a favorite song."

TWIST just chatted with Cody Simpson at the "Stuffed with Hugs" event at the Build-A-Bear Workshop flagship store in NYC! He was so excited to meet some of the military families that the cause supports, even sharing, "Love the uniforms! Maybe I'll pull one of those off on stage some day!" Cody is involved in lots of charity work, including anti-bullying efforts, but this event holds a special place in his heart. He tells TWIST, "It gives kids the opportunity to make a bear for free and donate it to the U.S. Marines Toys for Tots Foundation. They're going to be donating 25,000 bears." Cody spills to TWIST about his childhood toy: "Everyone has something that they don't want to get rid of because it was a big part of their childhood. They obviously don't want to have it visible anymore in their room, but it's still in the closet. So I have that teddy bear, it's blue." He also revealed to TWIST that he will join Justin Bieber's Believe Tour for more concerts in Chicago this week, some November shows and some January performances! He gushes, "It's a lot of fun to tour with him and it's cool being able to gain so many more fans from it too! It's exciting to see how many people love my show." So exciting! TWIST just got back from rocking out with The Wanted at the Jingle Ball 2012 kick off party! The Wanted put on an awesome performance and even dished to us the craziest thing a fan has done to get their attention. Nathan spilled, "A fan once broke into my hotel room." The boys got fans pumped with their performance of "All Time Low" and even blew kisses during "I Found You!" They were so psyched to show the crowd a good time. TWIST just chatted with Garrett Backstrom! Garrett dished on how he got into acting and what it's like playing Ethan on Lab Rats. Check out the exclusive convo below and be sure to check out Lab Rats on Disney Channel!

TWIST: Can you tell us what its like playing Ethan on Lab Rats?
Garrett Backstrom: It was really great to get the role as Ethan because I already knew two of the cast members on the show. Billy Unger is a really close friend of mine so it's great that I'm able to work with him.

TWIST: How are you and Ethan similar or different?
Garrett Backstrom: We're both pretty average kids who have a lot of friends and are both very sociable. It was a very easy character to relate to just because we've shared similar experiences. He's a guy who has a crush on a girl and wants to ask her to the dance. I can relate to that because I once had to get the guts to ask a girl to the dance too.

TWIST: What was the vibe like on the set of Lab Rats?
Garrett Backstrom: The vibe was great! I got to know the creator and the director very well and the first episode that I did was awesome. Once I got to the second episode it was very easy because I knew all the cast members and the crew. Everybody's really nice to me and I actually loved working on the project.

TWIST: What's it like performing your own stunts? Do you have any training to prepare you for them?
Garrett Backstrom: I was a gymnast for 11 years and trained at the Olympic training center in Colorado Springs. I told the director of my last movie that I'm very good with my own stunts and so he let me try it and agreed with me. I have a lot of martial arts experience too so it's just easy for me to snap into the whole martial arts realm.

TWIST: How did you get into acting?
Garrett Backstrom: I was watching American Idol with my mom one day and I saw a commercial that said they were looking to hire local talent. I thought it was interesting so I went and read these simple lines for a commercial and they loved me. Then I auditioned in Utah in front of a bunch of casting directors, producers, and agents. They really believed in me and everything kind of fell into place. It was like it was meant to be.

Selena Gomez just visited Justin Bieber on his Believe tour and met his new "mascot," a pet hamster named PAC! They shared the pics above on Instagram to show their love for JB's furry friend. Justin loves his new pet! He spills, "This is PAC the hamster, my new Believe tour pet. I will bring him to every meet 'n greet." Sel showed up in Minneapolis to support her BF and even danced to his song "Beauty and a Beat," with friends and family!

On Monday, Taylor Swift released her new album Red and now she's released the music video for her song "Begin Again." The video's set in 1950s Paris, France. Taylor spilled, "It's gonna be a love letter to Paris. It's just the city and this story line of somebody moving on and finding yourself again. I think we've all had that day where we just decide to wander around and think about things." Watch the video below!

Ashley Benson just started dating James Franco and Selena Gomez is not too happy about it. Selena feels like Ashley used her because after she set Ashley up with Justin Bieber's pal Ryan Good and got her the role in Spring Breakers, Ashley dumped Ryan for their co-star James Franco. Sources spill, "Selena got Ashley the role on Spring Breakers and Ashley just used the opportunity to break her friend's heart." Selena is super close to both Ashley and Ryan so she's trying her best to help Ryan through the breakup, while staying besties with Ashley.

TWIST just hung out at The Hub's Halloween Prem-eerie Party at Dylan's Candy Bar and got a sneak peek of the new episode of R.L. Stine's The Haunting Hour! The episode, called "The Weeping Woman," features Rico Rodriguez and airs on Saturday night at 6/5c on The Hub. It is def super spooky! In the sneak peek, we watched Rico freak out as he followed some watery footsteps leading to "the weeping woman." Rico spills to TWIST, "If you hear her crying, run away!" Scary! We also met up with Goosebumps author R.L. Stine, hung out with some Care Bears and ate tons of candy. The event closed with a freaky storytelling by R.L. Stine himself.

TWIST just hung out with Love Via Dance Machine and had a blast! Jimmy, Izaiah, Wiley, and Alex dished about their music and their favorite tour memories! Check out our exclusive convo with the boys and watch our vid of them performing below!

TWIST: Can you tell us a little about your sound?
Izaiah: Some bands will come out and be like 'We are a punk band!' or 'We are a rock band!' and obviously they grew up listening to it but our music? We don't really try to specify it. We just like to write good songs that make people feel good. We like to try to call it pop/electronic but we have trouble putting what kind of band we are into words.
Wiley: It's kind of poppy but it's kind of rock but it's kind of electronic. It's a big mish mash.

TWIST: Do you write your own music?
Jimmy: We do write all of our own music. It's interesting. It's different from song to song. One of us will come to the table with an idea for a verse or even just an idea for a song, no melodies or words or anything yet. We're all really good at working together and getting the best product that we can. It's not a quick process by any means. We spend a lot of time going over the music and make sure it's not something that in five years we'll be like 'UGH! Why did we write that?'
Alex: I think that also it's important for us that we write about what we actually deal with like story lines and real life situations that have happened to us.

TWIST: What's been your most memorable concert to date? Who has been your favorite person to have a show with so far?
Izaiah: I think We The Kings. That was a good show!
Alex: We The Kings. We also did a tour with Drake Bell who was on that show Drake and Josh, which was one of our favorite shows. That was really fun. We played one hometown show in Boston with him and we had a really great time.

TWIST: Do you guys bring your fans on stage and rock out?
Izaiah: We have done that a couple of times.
Jimmy: We played a high school show about a year ago around Boston, which is where we're from and a lot of the fans just decided to rush the stage.

TWIST: Who are some of your musical influences?
Wiley: I've been majorly influenced as a vocalist by Justin Timberlake. He's definitely given me a lot of inspiration.
Alex: I think I could probably speak for all of us by saying that it's completely all over the board but collectively we all love Blink 182! For me in particular, I really like a lot of like country stuff. So probably Taylor Swift.
Jimmy: That's very recent. It's a very recent development for him.

TWIST: What's next for you guys? Do you have any upcoming projects?
Wiley: We just finished recording a new song in the studio, "Crazy Over Me," that we're about to release. We have a few other songs that we've been working on so we will probably be headed to the studio soon.

We can't wait to hear the rest of the song! 1D's next album Take Me Home comes out November 13.

TWIST: Can you tell us a little more about your show, Level Up, on Cartoon Network?
AC: It's about a video game that comes to life. It's three guys and myself and we have to save the town from disaster and destruction every week because we have these evil villains that come out of the game!

TWIST: What do you think TWIST readers would love about this season of Level Up?
AC: Well this season, Angie really cements herself as part of the team. There's no mention of [girls being weak] and there shouldn't be. So it's a great contrast to a lot of the things that girls are faced with right now in the media and on TV. Angie's a vital part of the team, she's just as important as anybody else.

TWIST: Can you tell us more about Angie?
AC: She's a planner. She wants to go away for college and she sees this opportunity to develop skills that she never thought she'd develop: self-defense skills and the in-game mind skills. Eventually she stays because she forms a friendship with the guys. Angie's a good model for girls because she is interested in dating and has crushes, but at the same time she isn't afraid to have other interests as well.

TWIST: What is the dynamic between Angie and the guys?
AC: Just like any group of friends when you're in high school, you ask yourself questions: 'Could this be more? Could it not be more?' She flip-flops between [thinking], 'They're like my brothers,' but then some moments, like in the movie, she looks at Wyatt and sees something maybe a little bit more.

TWIST: Do you have any funny or embarrassing stories from the set to share?
AC: The guys are always trying to pull pranks on me! They thought it would be funny to put tons of earthworms in my pockets. It took me an hour to finally put my hands in my pockets and then when I lifted them, [the worms] were just dangling off. They recorded it too.

TWIST: What's coming up next for you?
AC: I'm in New York doing an off-Broadway play. It's called What Rhymes with America. It's such a great experience for actors, where you go and you learn, fail and fall on your face and just become better.

One Direction is so pumped about the commercial. Harry gushes, "For us to have an opportunity to work with Pepsi and do a commercial is good fun!" Check out the video below!

Justin Bieber just revealed why his relationship with Selena Gomez is so strong! Justin spilled that even though being in a relationship can be hard, he and Selena find a way to make it work. He says, "I never make her separate from me because I don't want to make her feel like I'm ashamed of her. Because I feel like a lot of guys do that. They don't want to be seen with the girl, so they'll make her ride in separate cars, do all that getaway stuff. If we're getting away, we're getting away together." Sounds like Jelena is stronger than ever!

TWIST just got back from surfing with the stars of Chasing Mavericks, and we are so excited about this movie! We met up with Jonny Weston and Leven Rambin in LA and they gave us all the deets on their characters' amazing love story. The movie tells the true story of surfer Jay Moriarty, played by Jonny, who wants to surf America's most dangerous wave. While training with a surfing legend, he falls in love with Leven's character Kim. Leven dished to TWIST, "They're so young, but they have such a strong soul connection. I want a love story like that!" Jonny added, "It's a beautiful story, and it's all true." TWIST attended an advanced screening of Fun Size, hitting theaters today! The movie was filled with jokes and adventure as Wren, played by Victoria Justice, searches for her younger brother, Albert. She loses Albert while trick-or-treating and has to find him before her mom gets home. OMG! Victoria spills to TWIST, "It has a lot of sweetness, a lot of romance in it and I think it's all around a really good story that's worth telling and worth seeing on the big screen." Fun Size gave TWIST tons of laughs and we thought the movie was spook-tacular!
