It's Prom Week here at Twist! For the next seven days we'll share hairstyles, makeup must-haves, dress ideas and night-saving tips that will make your big day as perfect as possible!

Today we're talking all things style: We asked some of our favorite stars at the Radio Disney Music Awards to reveal their number one piece of beauty or fashion advice for prom night. Check out their tips below -- and take notes!

Caroline Sunshine: "Pick a hairstyle that's going to last all night. You don't want to be the girl who doesn't go out on the dance floor because she's afraid her hair is going to get messed up."

Madison Pettis: "Whatever dress you're wearing, make sure you are confident and comfortable in it. You don't want to be nervous if your date likes your dress."

Willow Shields: "Don't worry too much. By the end of the night, you won't care what you're wearing or what your hair looks like, because you'll be dancing and having a lot of fun."

Katherine McNamara: "Make sure you have a dress that makes you feel fabulous. No matter what anyone else is wearing, make sure you're in your comfort zone."

Jaylen Barron: "I have not been to prom. In an episode [of See Dad Run], I went to prom and what I learned was take a deep breath in and don't stress out. Whatever happens, happens."

Twitter erupted this afternoon when a photo emerged of Bella Thorne as a blonde. The Shake It Up star is synonymous with her gorgeous strawberry mane, so we're not surprised everyone was completely shocked! Believe it or not, Bella's natural hair color is dark blonde, so the new look isn't a total stretch.

Though it seems like the lighter locks may not be here to stay. When a fan asked Bella on Twitter what was with the new hue, she responded, "It didn't really change... Not like that anyway. U will see soon!"

In the exclusive video, you get up, close and personal with Cody's friends and co-stars -- and of course the star himself. Naturally, the Aussie looks ridiculously cute throughout it. He wears a few different printed button-downs, polos, tanks and patterned shorts. (Oh, and in case you're wondering, he goes sans shirt a few times, too.) Wearing head to toe denim is a tough look to pull off, but Caroline Sunshine manages to make it work.

The star stopped by an Extra taping in L.A. on Tuesday wearing a two-toned chambray tank with gold buttons, plus dark denim ankle jeans. She added nude pumps and a gold watch to complete the simply chic outfit.

You run the risk of looking like you just stepped off the farm if you wear an all-denim getup, but if you follow Caroline's lead and choose varying shades and glam accessories you'll look just as stylish as the star.

Working out is exactly how it sounds: It's work. But Selena Gomez's new favorite exercise actually sounds fun -- seriously!

Selena recently started taking ballet-inspired workout classes at the Pop Physique studio in Silver Lake, Calif., reports Hollywood Life.

The classes blend "elements of ballet, Pilates, and light weight work into a methodical series of strengthening isometrics, core shaping and luxuriating stretches," according to the site.

Apparently, Selena decided to sign up for the dance-inspired workout to get in shape for all of her upcoming live performances and music videos. And judging by how amazing she looks in her "Come & Get It" video, we'd say those sessions are paying off!

Miley Cyrus has gone through a major transformation over the past year, and it all started when the star chopped off her hair back in August.

"I'm going to change, I'm going to be different, I'm going to do what I want to do," Miley says in V magazine's Summer 2013 issue of her thought process before taking the plunge. "I chopped my hair and bought a pair of Docs and never looked back."

With her mane change came a clothing makeover, too. Miley has rocked everything from black-and-white striped Chanel jumpsuits (above) to '90-inspired street wear. But it turns out those pieces have always been in her closet, she just didn't wear them out in public. "I felt like I always got it. I would always secretly keep my [stuff] for around the house," she says. "It's not about the girly-girl [stuff] anymore, the pop [stuff]. Times are changing, music is changing, fashion is changing. It's all changing."

Rita Ora is constantly spotted in outfits that cause everyone to say, "That is so cool, but I could never wear that!" Let's face it: What other person could make a hooked choker, lego purse and iridescent lime green sunglasses look cool? Only Rita!

Within the past few days the singer has donned three seriously over-the-top outfits, but looked awesome none the less. The first look was a black moto jacket and tee with a leather choker adorned with metal hooks. She then followed the gothic-inspired getup with an all-white ensemble punctuated with a red lip and matching Chanel logo purse. And most recently, Rita paired a patched varsity jacket and dress with some '70s-inspired circular frames.

So though Rita's style is uniquely her's, everyone can learn something from the Roc Nation artist: You pretty much can wear anything as long as you do so with confidence.

Prom day is crazy-hectic. You're going to scramble to get your hair, makeup and nails done. Then once your dress is on, you'll be doing final touch-ups right until the second your date knocks on the door. After that it's time for pictures and then you have to run out to make your dinner reservations -- we're exhausted just thinking about it!

Amidst all the (fun) craziness, you may forget some very important things to take with you to the dance. So we're here to help. Besides your phone and money, below are five things to make sure to pack in your clutch.

Makeup for touch-ups: No need to carry around your entire beauty collection, just make sure you have the essentials: concealer, mascara and lipcolor. We especially love L'Oreal's Telescopic Shocking Extensions mascara ($9.95, lorealparisusa.com), since it makes your lashes crazy-long and gorgeous. And for concealer and lipcolor, pick up Drew Barrymore's Flower Petite Fleurs Pocket Triplet Concealer ($6.98, walmart.com) and Lip ($6.98, walmart.com). Each item is 3-in-1, so you'll have multiple shades to choose from and it won't take up any room in your clutch!

Blister prevention: Trust us: Dr. Scholl's For Her Miracle Shield Stick ($8.39, amazon.com) is a lifesaver. Rub it on the back of your ankles and wherever else you're prone to blisters, and your feet will thank you in the morning.

Double-sided tape: Wardrobe malfunctions happen to everyone, so be prepared with Hollywood Fashion Tape ($8.99, hollywoodfashionsecrets.com). It will help keep your dress's neckline in place and it's a quick way to fix a hem that's too long.

Breath freshener: We don't think we need to explain why Listerine PocketPaks ($7.38, amazon.com) are a must.

One Direction is touring Europe right now, and the boys just touched down in Brussels, Belgium yesterday. And though the guys are performing night after night, it doesn't look like it's taking a toll on Harry Styles in the least -- just look how cute he is in the above picture!

Harry waved to the hundreds (probably thousands) of fans swarming their hotel. He looked laid-back and cool in a green-and-blue plaid button-down, plus black sunglasses.

Apparently there were so many girls trying to get a glimpse of their favorite One Directoner that the guys themselves were in disbelief. "Tried to sign as many as I could for you guys out there! Those barriers were gonna crash! Sorry! We'll see u tonight at the gig! Love u!" Niall tweeted on Wednesday. How sweet are they?

Rihanna's style may be hard for the average girl to emulate, but her beauty choices are much easier to copy -- especially her signature red lip. And that's why we are so pumped about this news:

The "Diamonds" singer teamed up with MAC Cosmetics to create a line of makeup called Riri Hearts MAC, and the first piece of the collaboration is Riri Woo, a matte red lipstick inspired by the star's go-to MAC shade Ruby Woo.

Usually, we save our style showdowns for two dueling starlets, but today we're pitting Katy Perry against herself. The popstar is known for her eccentric style, but recently it seems Katy is less crazy and more chic -- but that doesn't mean she's lost her sense of (fashion) humor all together.

Funky: Katy went thematic at two events last week. We're used to seeing Bella Thorne in girlie red carpet getups like the one she wore to the Radio Disney Music Awards earlier this week (above). So we were surprised when we spotted her in a tomboy-inspired outfit finished off with sneakers the other day. But we shouldn't get used to this sneaker-loving Bella, it turns out she has a special place in her heart (er, closet) for pumps.

"Heels always make me feel fabulous," Bella told Twist at the WAT-AAH! Foundation's Move Your Body event in NYC on Wednesday when asked to reveal her style secret weapon.

The redhead (who went blonde for like a minute the other day!) says sky-high kicks are the perfect way to cheer her up. "They're always great when I'm having a blah day," Bella admits.

And we have to agree with her because whenever we slip into a pair of heels we feel happier, too.

It's official: There is no stopping Selena Gomez.

Within the past two weeks the star has released her ADIDAS Neo campaign, shot the brand's winter ads, performed at every event imaginable, previewed the "Come & Get It" video and now the star is InStyle's newest cover girl. Is there anything she can't do?

Sadly, the cover hasn't been released yet, but the magazine is giving us a tease of what's sure to be an amazing photoshoot. In the picture, Selena dons a printed Kenzo jumpsuit and a bright green cardigan (see it here). We cannot wait to see the final spread!

Demi Lovato doesn't have any current plans to add "fashion designer" to her resume, but never say never. The star admits that she could see herself creating a clothing line in the future, that is, when she finds the time.

"Right now, I'm focused on music and touring, so I think it'd be a lot to take on fashion as well," Demi says in the new issue of Company magazine's June issue. "You never know though, I'm kind of like a machine. I just keep on going."

And when she does decide to foray into the fashion world, Demi already knows the message she'd want to get across with her creations. "If I were to do anything with fashion, it would have to have meaning behind it - and to make women feel happy whatever body shape they are," she explains.

Considering how great Demi's style is, we really hope this idea comes to fruition one day!

We give Carly Rae Jepsen kudos for taking a fashion risk, but we're not sold that it paid off -- that's why we need your help.

The "Call Me Maybe" singer stopped by SiriusXM studios in N.Y.C. yesterday wearing a black-and-white checked dress topped off with a bold red blazer featuring a black lapel. She paired the look with black platforms, a smoky eye and some rocker-chic waves.

While we love her hair and makeup, we wish she would have chosen a sexy sky-high sandal rather than a clunky kick. Her current shoe-of-choice really weighs down the look.

We may have spoken too soon when we noted that Katy Perry was going more demure than daring with her style because the star outdid herself with her latest look.

Yesterday, Katy broke the news on Twitter that she is releasing her third fragrance, called Killer Queen, and even shared a picture of the regal gold and ruby bottle. (Details about the scent itself are being kept secret, but we do know it will be released this fall.)

Later in the night, Katy celebrated her new beauty venture at a launch party. And naturally, she dressed for the occasion wearing a super-dramatic red-and-white rose-printed Thom Browne ballgown to play off of the perfume bottle and royal name.

Considering how head-turning her dress was, she kept the rest of her look relatively simple -- except for her nails. Katy tweeted a close-up of her manicure and we were floored when we saw it! She rocked a ruby red base with opulent gold detail -- it's one of the craziest (a.k.a. awesome) manis we've seen in awhile.

So though Katy may be going for more classic looks as of late, she certainly still knows how to have some (stylish) fun.

Wherever One Direction goes, drama ensues. And that was certainly the case when Harry Styles and Niall Horan spent some time signing autographs and taking pictures with the hoards of girls camped out in front of their hotel room in the Netherlands on Friday.

And though the guys were mobbed by their adoring fans, Harry and Niall played it cool in some super-casual duds. Harry rocked a Rolling Stones band tee and black jeans; while Niall went even more laid-back, sporting grey sweatpants, a tank top, plus a hat and shades.
